It consists of one- to three-storey houses built in the island’s traditional style with Venetian influences, varying in architecture and color tones. Renowned architects have created here 80 suites, apartments and studios for 1 to 4 people, all charmingly different thanks to their individual design and perfectly integrated into the beautiful landscape.

All are fully air-conditioned or heated and feature direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, bathtub or shower, WC, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, personal safe, hairdryer, as well as a spacious furnished terrace, loggia or balcony.
